Simple and Amazingly Delicious Sweet and Spicy Chicken Tempura
- 1 fillet Chicken thigh (or breast)
- 1 Tempura flour
- 1/4 Onion
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- Chop the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
- Dredge in the tempura batter, then deep fry in oil heated to 180C for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Mince the onion, then saute in oil for about 3 minutes.
- After sauteing the onions, add the ingredients, then saute for about 2 minutes to make the sauce.
- When the chicken is ready, transfer to a serving dish.
- Pour on the sauce with onions, then serve.
