Simple and Amazingly Delicious Sweet and Spicy Chicken Tempura

  1. Chop the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dredge in the tempura batter, then deep fry in oil heated to 180C for 4 to 5 minutes.
  3. Mince the onion, then saute in oil for about 3 minutes.
  4. After sauteing the onions, add the ingredients, then saute for about 2 minutes to make the sauce.
  5. When the chicken is ready, transfer to a serving dish.
  6. Pour on the sauce with onions, then serve.
