Mac N Cheese Please!
- 2 cup Small Elbow Macaroni
- 1 cup Grated Chedder or Colby Jack Cheese
- 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Salt and Pepper
- Add olive oil to 4 Cups water and bring to a boil.
- Add macaroni to boiling water.
- Stir and time for 10 minutes.
- Drain water off of macaroni and rinse with hot water.
- Return macaroni to pot.
- Stir in butter, milk, and cheeses.
- Salt and Pepper after tasting because some cheese and butter is salted.
