Cranberry-Almond Flour Bread

  1. Preheat the oven to 350.
  2. Butter and flour a 9-by-4 1/2-inch loaf pan.
  3. In the bowl of an electric mixer, whisk together the 1 1/2 cups flour, almond flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
  4. In a large glass measuring cup, whisk together the milk, oil and egg, then whisk into the dry mixture and the cranberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
  6. Bake the bread 35 to 40 minutes, until a tester comes out clean.
  7. Let cool, then remove the bread from the pan and serve.
