White Chicken Chili- Pressure Cooker

  1. Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of frozen chicken.
  2. Cook 3-4 chicken breast in pressure cooker in 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup of water for 15 minutes.
  3. Shread chicken, discard water.
  4. Take one can of white beans and mash.
  5. Throw in pot.
  6. Add other can of white beans, Rotel, drained corn and add cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, 4 cups of broth and taco spice.
  7. Cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
