White Chicken Chili- Pressure Cooker
- 3-4 frozen chicken breasts
- 2 tbs butter
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 2 cans Northern white beans
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- Cut butter into small pieces and place on top of frozen chicken.
- Cook 3-4 chicken breast in pressure cooker in 1 cup chicken broth and 1 cup of water for 15 minutes.
- Shread chicken, discard water.
- Take one can of white beans and mash.
- Throw in pot.
- Add other can of white beans, Rotel, drained corn and add cream of chicken soup, shredded chicken, 4 cups of broth and taco spice.
- Cook in pressure cooker for 10 minutes.
