Pisco Sour

• 1 egg white*
• 3 level bar spoons of sugar
• 2 ounces pisco brandy
• 1 1/2 ounces lime juice
• Dash bitters
• Lime wedges, for garnish

1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice shake the egg white, sugar, brandy, lime juice, and bitters.
2. Strain into a rocks glass with no ice and garnish with a wedge of lime.
