Crab Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, divided
- 3-1/3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked
- 1-1/2 jars (410 mL each) Classico Alfredo di Roma 25% less fat Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 1 pkg. (250 g) imitation crabmeat, chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- 2 tsp. seafood seasoning
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Reserve 1/2 cup cheese.
- Combine remaining cheese with all remaining ingredients.
- Spoon into 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; sprinkle with reserved cheese.
- Bake 30 min.
- or until heated through.
