Crab Pizza
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (I Use Light)
- 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoons Curry Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 6 ounces, weight Canned Crab, Squeezed Dry
- 1 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
- 1 whole Boboli Pizza Crust, 12 Inch
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onion
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Add the crab and the shredded cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly spray a pizza baking sheet with non-stick spray.
- Place pizza crust on baking sheet, spread crust with crab mixture, and sprinkle top of pizza with the green onions.
- Bake about 10 minutes or until toppings are melted and the crust of pizza is puffed and brown.
- Remove pizza from oven, cut pizza into wedges, and enjoy.
