Anytime Breakfast #SP5
- 1 (20 ounce) package Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 lb bacon, fried and crumbled
- 2 cups diced fried mushrooms
- 1 12 cups shredded cheese, of your choice
- Fry bacon.
- Drain.
- Crumble when cooled.
- Fry onion and mushroom until onion is translucent.
- Shred cheese.
- Add all ingredients except cheese into a skillet and cook until potatoes are done.
- Top with shredded cheese and serve with toast!
