Reduced Sugar Pumpkin Bread

  1. Mix together flour, powder, soda, salt and spices.
  2. Combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs.
  3. Add dry ingredients and butter; mix until well blended.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Pour into well greased loaf (9x5x3").
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minute.
