Texas Hashed Vegetables Recipe

  1. Saute/fry celery, carrot, and onion in 2 Tbsp.
  2. butter for 10 min.
  3. Add in green pepper the last 3 min.
  4. In separate skillet, saute/fry mushrooms in 2 Tbsp.
  5. butter till as tender as you like.
  6. Combine these cooked vegetables and add in green beans, salt, tomatoes, and Minute tapioca.
  7. Mix gently so as not to mash the vegetables.
  8. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  9. Use 9x13 inch pan.
