Bit Of Chocolate Chiffon Cake Recipe

  1. Sift together in a bowl, flour, sugar, baking pwdr and salt.
  2. Make a well in center and add in oil, egg yolks, water, and vanilla.
  3. Beat till smooth.
  4. In another bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar till stiff but moist peaks are formed.
  5. Fold egg yolk mix into egg whites.
  6. Mix in grated chocolate.
  7. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan.
  8. Bake at 325 degrees for 55 min, then 350 degrees for 10 min.
  9. Cold 15 min in pan, then remove.
  10. Frost with chocolate frosting or possibly dust with powdered sugar.
