Nat's Fly-Off-the-Plate BBQ Baby Back Ribs
- 4 lb. baby back ribs
- Salt
- 3 tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp. molasses
- 2 tbsp. bourbon
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- Preheat oven to 300F.
- Mix sauce ingredients.
- Place ribs in roasting pans, sprinkle with salt.
- Roast for 45 minutes.
- Baste ribs with some of the sauce.
- Roast another 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Cut into individual ribs, return to roasting pan.
- Baste cut sides of ribs with rest of the sauce.
- Roast another 30 minutes.
