Chicken fricasse

  1. Blend together the heavy whipping cream, the cream cheese, the water and the corn
  2. Transfer the cream to a pot, add the chicken, the olives and the salt
  3. Cook until it thickens
  4. Add the cream to a baking dish.
  5. Spread the shredded cheese over the cream and bake it at 350F (180C) until it bubbles
  6. Spread the shoestring potato on top.
  7. Serve with rice
