Cauliflower and Potato Curry
- 4 cups potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets
- 34 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 12 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 12 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
- 34 teaspoon salt
- 1 14 teaspoons water
- 12 teaspoon garam masala
- Select a large stockpot with lid, add all ingredients and gently cook for about an hour.
- Stir once or twice.
