Marinated Beef Kabobs Recipe
- 1/4 c. dry red wine
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 pound boneless sirloin, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
- Mix wine, oil, garlic, thyme and pepper in large plastic bag, then add in meat.
- Push out air, tie bag securely and turn gently to coat meat.
- Store in bowl at room temperature 1 hour.
- Arrange meat cubes about 12 inches apart on skewers.
- Broil in preheated broiler 3-4 inches from heat, approximately 10-12 min for rare to medium rare or possibly till desired doneness, turning once.
- Serves 8.
