Asian chicken salad

  1. Grill chicken without any seasonings or spices for 10 minutes on each side, using an electric grill
  2. Chop romaine lettuce and place on the bottom of the bowl
  3. Layer baby spinach on top of lettuce
  4. Add chicken on spinach
  5. Add mandarin oranges, strawberries, and walnuts
  6. Toss ingredients until well mixed
  7. Serve in bowls
  8. Top with noodles and cheese
  9. Drizzle dressing over salad
  10. Walnuts may be substituted with pecans, or cashews
