Baked Stuffed Shrimp Recipe

  1. Clean and remove heads and shells from shrimp, leaving tails.
  2. Split shrimp and open flat.
  3. Saute/fry' onion and pepper in 4 Tablespoons of butter till soft but not brown.
  4. Add in the crab meat, dry mustand, Worcestershire sauce, salt and mayonnaise.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Make white sauce using remaining 2 Tablespoons butter, flour and lowfat milk.
  7. Add in to crab meat mix along with sherry.
  8. Mix well, stuff the butterflied shrimp with the crab meat and dot with extra butter.
  9. Sprinkle lightly with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
  10. Arrange in a shallow baking pan and bake at 350 for 25-30 min.
  11. Serves 4-6.
