My Mushroom Sauce

  1. melt butter in frying pan (large).
  2. add mushrooms and shallots.
  3. cook till mushrooms are just tender about 5 minutes.
  4. add flour and STIR well.
  5. add water and STIR.
  6. add beef consume and STIR.
  7. add vermouth and STIR.
  8. add pepper and STIR until you get the consistency you like.
  9. add the black olives and serve.
