Crockpot BBQ Beef Brisket
- 1 3lb beef brisket
- 1 large onion sliced
- 1 Bottle Heinz chili sauce
- 1 can French onion soup
- 1 Adobo - enough to rub brisket
- 1 1/2 bottle mesquite liquid smoke
- 1 3/4 cup brown sugar
- Rub seasonings/Adobo, salt, pepper on brisket.
- Place brisket in crockpot, top with sliced onion.
- Add in soup, chili sauce, liquid smoke, and brown sugar.
- Cook for 8-10 hours.
- I added some honey BBQ SAUCE an hour before serving.
- I also used a crockpot liner for easy clean up.
- Make sure to serve sliced against the grain on bias.
