Easy Sweet Summer Orange Jelly in the Microwave
- 2 Sweet summer oranges
- 100 grams Sugar
- 300 ml Hot water
- 10 grams Powdered gelatin
- Peel the oranges and remove the membranes, tearing the slices into thirds.
- Put the oranges into a heatproof dish, lightly mix in the sugar, and heat uncovered in the microwave at 600 W for 10 minutes.
- Mix midway through heating.
- Add 300 ml of water to the heated oranges, add the powdered gelatin, and mix well.
- Once it has cooled, divide into small jars.
- Once it is no longer warm to the touch, place in the refrigerator to chill and it's done.
