Satay chicken marinade
- 750 ml milk
- 4 clove garlic
- 2 tsp tumeric
- 1/2 stick lemongrass
- 1 tsp veg stock powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/2 each chilli
- 1 kg chicken thighs (skinless)
- 1 tsp paprika
- cut chicken thighs into 1 inch sized pieces
- finely chop lemongrass, garlic and chilli.
- Combine with the milk, salt and remaining spices.
- Add the chicken and marinade covered in the fridge for 24hrs
