Satay chicken marinade

  1. cut chicken thighs into 1 inch sized pieces
  2. finely chop lemongrass, garlic and chilli.
  3. Combine with the milk, salt and remaining spices.
  4. Add the chicken and marinade covered in the fridge for 24hrs
