Crispy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe

• 3/4 c. oatmeal raisin crisp
• 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter, softened
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 egg
• 1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Mix brown sugar, butter, vanilla and egg in large bowl.
3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
5. Bake till brown, 8 to 10 min.
6. About 3 dozen.
