Pumpernickel (Bread Machine)

• 1 14 cups water
• 2 12 tablespoons butter or 2 12 tablespoons hard margarine
• 2 12 tablespoons mild molasses
• 2 cups bread flour
• 2 cups rye flour
• 2 12 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 12 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
• 1 14 teaspoons caraway seeds (optional)
• 2 12 teaspoons bread machine yeast
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 34 teaspoon instant coffee granules

1. Place all ingredients in bread machine in given order.
2. Follow manufacturer's instructions.
