Peaches `N Cream Pie Recipe
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 8 peaches, peeled & sliced (1 bag frzn sliced)
- Dash of salt, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
- 1 9" unbaked pastry shell (1 frzn deep dish pie shell)
- Butter, about 2 tbsp.
- Cinnamon, about 2 teaspoon
- Mix together sugar, flour, cream and salt.
- Slice the peaches, sprinkle with a dash of salt and a little lemon juice; place in unbaked pie shell.
- Pour other ingredients over peaches, dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then lower oven to 300 degrees and bake 40-45 min longer.
- An old fashioned tasting treat and easy using the short cuts listed above.
- Serves 6-8.
