Peaches `N Cream Pie Recipe

  1. Mix together sugar, flour, cream and salt.
  2. Slice the peaches, sprinkle with a dash of salt and a little lemon juice; place in unbaked pie shell.
  3. Pour other ingredients over peaches, dot with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then lower oven to 300 degrees and bake 40-45 min longer.
  5. An old fashioned tasting treat and easy using the short cuts listed above.
  6. Serves 6-8.
