Miso Dressing
- 13 cup white vinegar
- 13 cup miso
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic
- 1 tablespoon chopped gingerroot
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 12 cups canola oil
- Combine sugar and vinegar, set aside.
- Puree garlic and ginger in blender.
- Add Miso.
- Slowly add oil while blending.
- Add sugar and vinegar mixture.
- Blend until incorporated.
- Refrigerate for up to 3 weeks.
