Vickys Kids Pasta Bolognese with Tomato-free 'Tomato' Sauce, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. Fry onion and garlic in the oil until onion is translucent, then add your mince and cook until browned
  2. Drain off the fat, add the stock and carrots and cook for 5 minutes
  3. Add the pasta sauce and mushrooms and simmer gently for 20 minutes
  4. While that is simmering cook the pasta going by the instructions on the packet
  5. When the pasta is cooked, drain and add to the pan with the sweetcorn and season
  6. Sometimes I make a cheese sauce to mix through and bulk it out a bit if I'm a portion short but you should get 6 child portions from this and it freezes well
