best chunky chips ever

  1. preheat fryer to temperature.
  2. brush chips in oil so lightly coated.
  3. mix dry ingrediants together.
  4. coat chips in the seasoned flour.
  5. deep fry them for 5 mins or until golden brown + set aside to drain.
  6. once drained put back in the oil briefly before serving to crisp them up.
  7. lovely with garlic mayonnaise or soured cream

potatoes, vegetable oil, flour, salt
