Quick OREO Mint Chocolate Cheesecake

• 1 tub (24.2 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Ready-To-Eat Cheesecake Filling Chocolate Dream
• 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
• 10 OREO Cool Mint Creme Cookies, coarsely chopped, divided
• 1 OREO Pie Crust (6 oz.)

1. Mix cheesecake filling and extract in large bowl.
2. Remove 1/3 cup of the chopped cookies; set aside.
3. Add remaining chopped cookies to filling mixture; stir just until blended.
4. Spoon into crust.
5. Smooth top lightly with back of spoon to form even layer.
6. Sprinkle with the reserved chopped cookies.
7. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
8. Store leftovers in refrigerator.
