French Dressing
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup vinegar, wine
- apple cider
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. pepper (fresh cracked is nice)
- 1/2 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 3 tbsp. catsup
- chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. onion juice (optional)
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic minced,
- pressed
- Combine all in a glass jar*.
- Best if prepared ahead of time to let flavors develop.
- Keeps for months in refrigerator.
