Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce

  1. Place the pork in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, vinegar, water, onion, garlic, chili powder, and Worcestershire sauce and stir well.
  3. Pour the sauce over the roast.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, until the meat falls apart.
  5. Remove the pork from the cooker and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Remove and discard any bones.
  7. Pull the meat into shreds using your fingers or two forks.
  8. Return the meat to the cooker and stir into the sauce.
  9. Serve warm.
