Strawberry Cloud

• 10 ounces frozen strawberries in syrup
• 12 cup whipping cream
• strawberry, for garnish
• mint leaf, for garnish

1. Thaw strawberries as package directs.
2. In a small bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, whip cream; fold in strawberries with their syrup.
3. Spoon into 4 dessert bowls.
4. Garnish with strawberries and mint.
