Quick Upside-Down Pizza
- 1 pound beef ground
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce large jar
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup onions
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- Brown ground beef and set aside.
- In small bowl, mix bisquick, eggs and milk on medium speed until smooth.
- In medium-large casserole dish, layer in upside down manner: ground beef first, onion, garlic salt, salt and pepper, then cheese, then sauce and last the bisquick mixture.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Cook in oven for 20 minutes about 350F (180C) or 400 degrees according to oven.
- Serves 6 to 8.
