Honeyed Goat Cheese with Sour Cherries and Prosciutto

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese and milk.
  2. Using a hand-held electric mixer, beat the cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gradually beat in the olive oil.
  4. Scrape the cheese into a ramekin or small bowl.
  5. Drizzle the honey on top.
  6. Serve with the toasted bread, the cherries and prosciutto.
