Blitzen Egg Nog
- 5 large eggs
- 2 cups milk cold
- 13 cup brandy or any fruit flavored brandy
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream whipped, 1/2 pint
- 1 x nutmeg or cinnamon, optional
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Combine eggs, milk, brandy, sugar and salt in blender container.
- Cover, blend at high speed until combined.
- Pour into serving bowl and fold into whipped cream.
- Sprinkle nutmeg or cinnamon over top.
- *Egg nog can be frozen.
- Thaw at least 24 hours before serving.
