Beef Stir Fry

  1. First slice beef in thin slices and put in a Ziploc baggie.
  2. Add beer and teriyaki sauce.
  3. Refrigerate all day.
  4. Cook noodles according to package directions.
  5. In a large frypan, add the vegetable oil and heat to medium high heat.
  6. Add beef and the sauce it was marinating in, onion slices and garlic, stirring often for 10 minutes.
  7. Then add the cole slaw mix, mushrooms, broccoli, garlic chili pepper sauce, sweet and sour dry mix and 1 cup of the water.
  8. Simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes.
  9. In a small bowl, add cornstartch and 3 tablespoons water, mix well and add to the meat mixture.
  10. Stir in well and simmer another 5 minutes.
  11. Serve over Chinese noodles and enjoy!
