Baby Hot Browns Recipe

  1. Arrange bread slices on a lightly greased baking sheet.
  2. Bake at 500 degrees for 3 to 4 min.
  3. Heat butter in a saucepan over low heat; add in flour, and cook, whisking constantly, till smooth.
  4. Add in Cheddar cheese, whisking till cheese melts.
  5. Gradually whisk in lowfat milk; cook over medium heat, whisking constantly,till mix is thickened and bubbly.
  6. Stir in turkey, salt, and pepper.
  7. Chill,if you like.
  8. Top bread slices proportionately with hot cheese mix.
  9. Sprinkle proportionately with Parmesan cheese and bacon.
  10. Bake at 500 degrees for 2 min or possibly till Parmesan is melted.
  11. This recipe yields 2 dozen.
  12. Yield: 2 dozen
