Zesty Mexican Cauliflower

  1. Cook the cauliflower florets by steaming them over boiling water for 5 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. Combine all sauce ingredients in a large saucepan and cook over medium heat until bubbly, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the cauliflower and corn.
  5. Toss well and serve.
