Spicy Sour Cream Artichoke Dip

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients (expect for reserved artichoke liquid) in blender or food processor.
  3. Add enough reserved liquid to get dip to desired consistency.
  4. Blend until mixed but not completely smooth.
  5. Transfer to casserole dish.
  6. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with crackers.
