Teriyaki Wings
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 2 pounds pre-cut chicken wings
- Garlic salt
- 1 1/2 cups Teriyaki sauce
- Blue cheese dressing
- Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt butter in a baking pan.
- Snip off wing tips and discard or save for another use.
- Find joint and cut wings in two.
- Season wings with garlic salt and pepper.
- Place in pan and bake until golden brown, about 30 - 40 minutes.
- Pour Teriyaki sauce over golden wings and toss to coat.
- Bake for 20 minutes more, turning frequently.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing on side.
