Crunchy Tarragon-Chicken Salad Pita Sandwiches

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients in large bowl.
  2. Mix mayo, mustard, vinegar and tarragon until blended.
  3. Add to chicken mixture; mix lightly.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  5. Fill pita bread halves with lettuce and chicken salad.
