Lemony Ham Slice

  1. Lemon Sauce: Grate peel of one lemon; cut lemon in half.
  2. Thinly slice one half; squeeze juice from other half.
  3. Combine peel, juice, brown sugar, mustard.
  4. Add lemon slices.
  5. Broil ham slice 4 inches from heat for 5 minutes; turn and top with sauce.
  6. Broil 3 minutes until sauce bubbles.
