Butter Fluff Icing

• 1 cup milk
• 5 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 12 cup butter
• 12 cup creamed shortening
• 1 teaspoon real vanilla

1. Thicken milk and flour over medium heat.
2. Once thickened, remove to cool.
3. Next, mix sugar, shortening, vanilla with the flour/milk mixture.
4. Beat until fluffy and creamy.
