Fruit Snickers Appetizer
- 2 tablespoons salted caramel sauce
- 1 Honeycrisp apple, halved, cored, and cut into 24 (1/4-inch) slices
- 12 mini Snickers, halved diagonally
- Coarse salt, for sprinkling
- Divide the caramel sauce among the apple slices.
- Immediately press a Snickers half on top and sprinkle with salt.
- Serve immediately.
- Note that I tried this with chocolate drizzles (white, milk, and dark) and all were too sweet and overpowering.
- Just the caramel, apple, Snickers, and salt to balance it were enough.
