Almond Pepper Biscotti Recipe
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. whole almonds
- 1/2 lb sugar
- 4 whl Large eggs beaten
- 1 tsp Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 ounce baking pwdr
- 6 ounce white chocolate chips
- 2 x egg whites beaten
- Blend together three-fourths of the flour, the almonds, sugar, whole Large eggs, Tabasco brand Green Pepper Sauce, and baking pwdr till dough forms.
- Add in the white chocolate chips and knead in the remaining flour.
- Roll into log and flatten, brush with the egg whites.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till puffed and lightly browned.
- Cold for 15 min.
- Cut into 3/4-inch slices.
- Place cut-sides down and toast each side for 10 min at 275 degrees.
