VELVEETA Mexican Dip

• 1 lb. (16 oz.) Mild Mexican VELVEETA with Jalapeno Peppers, cut up
• 1 container (8 oz.) BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

1. Microwave VELVEETA in 1-1/2-quart microwavable bowl on HIGH 4 minutes or until melted, stirring after 2 minutes.
2. Stir in sour cream.
3. Microwave 1 minute.
4. Serve with potato chips.
