Chicken and Vegetable Chowder
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 14 12 ounces frozen carrots
- 14 ounces frozen broccoli
- 14 ounces frozen corn
- 6 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of potato soup
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 12 teaspoon dried chives
- 13 cup half-and-half cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Combine all ingredients except half & half in a large crock pot.
- Cover and cook on low for 5 hours or until chicken is no longer pink.
- Stir in half & half.
- Turn to high.
- Cover and cook 15 minutes or until heated through.
