Richard's Chicken Skillet

  1. chop potatoes.
  2. thinly slice onions.
  3. mince garlic.
  4. cube chicken into 1" cubes.
  5. half grape tomatoes.
  6. add oil to warm skillet.
  7. add garlic, onions and chicken.
  8. saute until chicken is browned, season to taste (about 7-8 minutes here).
  9. add potatoes and tomatoes and some more seasoning if you wish.
  10. cover and simmer until tender about 20 - 30 minutes.
  11. add cheese and ENJOY!

extra virgin olive oil, chicken breasts, sweet potato, red onions, garlic, grape tomatoes, salt, black pepper, basil, italian seasoning, parmesan cheese
