Clotted Cream Fudge
- 60 grams Soft light brown sugar
- 2 tsp Mizuame
- 46 grams Clotted cream
- 1 Vanilla oil
- 1 dash Natural salt
- Add all the ingredients except for the vanilla oil into a small pot, and simmer over low heat while mixing.
- Test the mixture by dropping it into cold water, if it doesn't get dissolved in the water, it's a soft caramel.
- If you can roll it into a ball between your fingers it's a fudge.
- Add the vanilla oil, and mix.
- Transfer the mixture onto parchment paper, optionally sprinkle with salt, and let it cool down.
- Let it chill for about 1 hour in the fridge and cut into smaller pieces.
- It contains 554 kcal total.
- If you wrap up each piece you can freeze them.
