Easy American Style Chop Suey Recipe

  1. Brown pork, onions, and celery in 3 Tbsp.
  2. of soy sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on medium heat till celery is tender.
  4. Drain 1 can of bean sprouts, discarding this liquid.
  5. Retain the liquid with the other can and add in both cans to the pork mix, cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  6. Thicken mix with cornstarch and serve over rice.
  7. Season with soy sauce.
  8. A good warm winter dish.
