German Oktoberfest Pizza

  1. Unroll pizza dough onto a large cookie sheet or Pampered Chef bar pan.
  2. Flatten dough and build up edges slightly.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season with garlic salt.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute sausage in butter until browned.
  6. Spread mashed potatoes over the baked crust.
  7. Top with sauerkraut, sausage, cheese and caraway seeds.
  8. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  9. Enjoy!
